Nature of the Platform
MoundLab is a strategy simulation and analytics game. Users build AI “scouts” that analyze publicly available MLB data and make virtual predictions using virtual capital. No real money is wagered, won, or lost on this platform. All credits, bankrolls, and capital referenced on MoundLab are entirely virtual, carry no monetary value, and cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, or redeemed for cash, prizes, or anything of value.
Not Gambling
MoundLab is not a sportsbook, casino, gambling operator, prediction market, or daily fantasy sports contest. The platform does not accept wagers, bets, or stakes of any kind. No real-money prizes are awarded based on the outcome of any MLB game or user prediction. Revenue is derived solely from optional software subscription fees that provide access to platform features — subscription fees are not entry fees for contests, nor are they wagers on any sporting event.
Virtual Capital
All references to “capital,” “bankroll,” “credits,” “stake,” or similar terms on MoundLab refer exclusively to virtual, in-game units with no real-world monetary value. Virtual capital cannot be deposited, withdrawn, exchanged, transferred to other users, or converted to real currency under any circumstances. Virtual capital exists solely as a game mechanic for tracking simulated performance.
Odds and Statistical Data
MoundLab displays publicly available MLB odds and statistical data for informational and analytical purposes only. The display of odds does not constitute gambling advice, an offer, solicitation, or encouragement to place any wager with any sportsbook or gambling operator. MoundLab has no affiliation with any sportsbook or gambling entity.
